Another day, another Little White Dress. Seriously y’all, I am all about white these days (if you hadn’t noticed!). And this LWD is a favorite in my closet. The material so soft and flowy, and it has the cutest, flirtiest silhouette. Plus, it’s on major sale right now (less than $60!) and comes in a couple of other colors too that are even further reduced. I would definitely recommend snatching this one up before it sells out! Remember how I told you on Monday that you were going to be seeing a lot of the off-the-shoulder trend on the blog this season? Well, it looks like I wasn’t kidding. 🙂 But in addition to loving anything off-the-shoulder this summer, I am also loving anything white. And this top? I am pretty much obsessed with it. And not only is it reasonably priced, but it’s one of those pieces that can be worn time and time again. Definitely worth every penny, and then some!

I can hardly believe that another year has passed and I celebrated my 32nd birthday last week. And not only is it hard to fathom that I am 32 years old, but my birthday also marked the 10 year anniversary of my graduation from Vanderbilt. Wowza. Truth be told, I’m not sure which of the two is harder to wrap my head around! But fortunately for me, I had a wonderful celebration to help soften the blow. Due to the perfect timing of our Macy’s Vendor Summit, I was able to spend my big day in my favorite city and be whisked away on a surprise celebration by my sweet hubby. For the first part of the evening, I was instructed to dress warm (more on that later this week), and for the second, I was told to pack a fancy dress. Of course I jumped at the opportunity-it’s not nearly often enough in life that one has the chance to get really dressed up…

I am absolutely head over heels for this dress and have to say that I felt like an absolute princess all night. And there are so many things I love about it that it’s hard to even know where to start. But one thing I can say for sure is how important it is that every girl have a dress her in closet that she absolutely adores and that makes her feel like a million bucks every single time she puts it on. The way I see it, fashion shouldn’t just be about looking good-but more importantly feeling good!
