I typically tend to gravitate towards red during the holiday season. But another great color option (that is often forgotten in place of its brighter counterpart this time of year), is burgundy. And I am loving the soft combo of this taupe crushed velvet dress back to burgundy accessories and a dark lip. And would you believe this dress is on sale for less than $30? I am really into anything velvet right now. It’s been one of my favorite trends since the beginning of the season, and lends itself perfectly to the holidays. Plus, how cute would this dress be for an upcoming Christmas party? And at less than $40, it definitely won’t break the bank.
