All About That Dress

There are so many things I love about the Fall: football, pumpkin everything, crunchy leaves, hot cocoa, plaid, layers, boots, and of course, blanket scarves. Not only are they the perfect accessory, but they are also a great way to keep nice and cozy this time of year.

And can we talk about this top for a second? It is my new favorite. It so comfy and easy to throw on with anything, and I love that it is longer in the back. In fact, it’s so great, I just might have purchased it in a couple of different colors!

Ok, so this dress MIGHT look a little familiar. I have it in white, and also in a gorgeous purple color. And since the Free People price tag is a little steep to own this piece in too many colors, I was thrilled to stumble on this dupe from SheIn for a fraction of the price. In my opinion, the quality is almost as nice, the fit is pretty much identical, and at under $30, this is a purchase that is pretty much guilt free. Plus, how gorgeous is this rust color? So perfect for Fall!

Date Night Casual

I love a good date night casual look. And there is no easier way to accomplish this kind of look than with a pair of destroyed skinnies, fun pumps, and a bold lip. And even though my top is just a plain black shirt, the cut out shoulders give it a slightly edgy feel, while allowing me to still feel super comfy. Black and Tan

Two of my favorite colors to mix together are black and tan. Wearing all black can tend to sku a little dressy, so adding in a great tan or cognac boot, or accessory, is a great way to make the ensemble a little more casual.

Sun Drenched in Stripes

This outfit (or some sort of similar variation) is on serious repeat in my daily wardrobe: stripes, a surplus vest, my favorite skinnies, and leopard pumps. Fall uniform perfection, if you ask me. I LOVE a good romper, but it took me a little longer to get hop on the jumpsuit bandwagon. But when I found this great navy version recently, I was sold! So while jumpsuits might seem a little intimidating at first, I definitely recommend at least trying one on. Not only are they chic, but they are amazingly comfy and easy to wear and style. In fact, I can’t wait to wear this one with a leather jacket and pumps when the temps cool down a bit.

Leopard and Plaid
