I love a bold floral print. Especially when mixed with a good stripe. It has been one of my favorite ways to print mix for years, and I don’t see myself tiring of this combo anytime soon. Cold Shoulder

It felt like spring here in the SLC this weekend, so I used it as an opportunity to take my pretty new sweater out for a spin. And I have to say, it really is the perfect transitional piece. Not only are the colors and the off-the-shoulder styling perfect for spring, but the fabric is super warm and cozy, which makes it appropriate to wear now. This is definitely a piece that will be getting a lot of use in my wardrobe as we transition from winter to spring.

Scarves have always been a favorite accessory of mine in the winter. But this gorgeous pink number just might be my favorite scarf. Ever. Not only do I love the color, but the material is so incredibly soft and cozy. It really is the perfect statement accessory for colder weather, AND it makes me feel like I’m wrapped up in a cloud.

When I posted this gray jacket on Instagram last week, I had a lot of you ask me if I would include it in a blog post. And because I love it just as much as you guys seem to, I couldn’t help but oblige. Not only has this jacket become a staple in my wardrobe this winter, but it is under $40 (say what?)! If you are looking to step up your outerwear game this season, then I would highly recommend trying a furry or fuzzy coat. I initially picked up a blush pink version (which you can see here), and loved it so much, that I have been on the hunt for a more casual option the past few weeks. Believe it or not, sometimes I have no idea what to wear. Honestly, I think we all have those days where we just stand in our closets completely blank, not really knowing where to start. So when I find myself having one of those moments, I’ve found that sometimes the best solution is to go back to basics and go with what I “know”. For me, that is a simple top (usually a tank), a favorite pair of jeans, and a pair of pumps. It’s an outfit I always feel good in and it’s typically appropriate for any occasion. Plus, it’s a great blank canvas to change-up with a fun necklace, statement pumps, or other great accessories!
