I’m pretty sure the best part about Fall fashion is layers. I love throwing on a cute sweater, my favorite surplus jacket, and a cozy scarf. And these booties? They are hands down my favorite, and they come in a bunch of colors. Definitely worth every penny.

I’m not very tall, at only 5’3″, so I typically shy away from midi-length dresses and skirts since I sometimes think they tend to swallow me up. But that’s not to say I don’t keep trying to find styles in this length that work for me. So I was pleasantly surprised when I found a couple of midi-length dresses at the Gap recently that are not only super soft and comfy, but are also really flattering (you can see the other midi-dress here). Plus this dress will look great with a leather jacket during the Fall season.

It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of Free People. They have the best tops and dresses, both basic and trend. And while their prices can be high, they also have great sales. Take for example the top in today’s post, it was originally over $100, but I scored it for just under $25. So if you love FP like I do, but aren’t into spending over $100 on a top, then I recommend you do your Free People shopping at Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Macy’s. I always keep an eye on the pieces I love and then check prices during the weekend, when department stores typically have their big sales. And another helpful hint? If you have a Macy’s card, Free People is excluded from their 20% off coupons if it is full price, BUT once it breaks price and goes on sale, those 20% off codes work-so you can save even more!

I’m not sure why, but I always feel like it’s more challenging to find cute long sleeved tops then it is to find cute short sleeve or sleeveless tops. So when I find one, I typically tend to snatch it right up. And the long sleeve top in today’s is exactly one of those pieces. Not only is it darling and a great price point, but the white is on trend for the season, and all of the pretty embroidered colors will make it easy to style a number of different ways. It’s pretty much a no-brainer to add to your wardrobe this Spring. And if you’re not a fan of white, don’t worry, it comes in navy too!

I’ve always considered myself more of a nude lip/lip gloss girl. But over the last couple of years, I’ve slowly been incorporating lipstick into my life-mostly pinks, reds, and corals. It wasn’t until I stumbled on MAC Rebel last holiday season that I was convinced I could try a “vampier”, purple shade. And almost a year later, it is still one of my favorite lipsticks to wear. So when this beautiful coat arrived from Cabi, MAC Rebel was actually the first thing I thought to pair it with! Ha!

I am a huge fan of t-shirt dresses. And I have been especially loving this one lately. First of all, it’s striped (duh!), second, the high low hem-line makes it really unique, and last but not least, it’s under $10! Say what?? Don’t you just love a good deal on a great closet staple? I posted a photo on my Insta a couple of weeks ago wearing the top in today’s post, and I had so many questions about it, that I wanted to put it up on the blog. It is another score from SheIn, and is a dupe for the Free People version-but this one won’t break the bank at under $20. The quality is also great-just like the other pieces I have tried from SheIn. It’s little short on me to be worn as a dress (keep in mind I am only 5’3″), but you could easily wear something underneath to give it a little length. I styled mine with denim shorts and tied it in the back so that I could do a messy front tuck. I also love it paired it with booties to give it a perfect summer boho feel.
