Well hello there, and happy Tuesday sweet readers! Today, I am sharing with you a 2nd outfit idea to wear to your Thanksgiving dinner. Yesterday, I posted a super casual outfit (a tunic and leggings), and today, I wanted to share with you a dressier option-with a pop of plaid (of course!). And one thing all of my outfits ideas have in common this week? COMFORT!!! While I am all for being stylish on any given day, to me, comfort is key on Thanksgiving! And a relaxed fit dress (with pockets!), paired back to my favorite plaid shirt and leather jacket certainly seems to fit the bill!

Think Pink

Plaid To The Bone

Every fall (it never fails), I become plaid obsessed. Something about cool weather, football, chili, tailgating, scarves, and boots makes want to break out all of my favorite plaid shirts. So my apologies in advance if you are seeing an abundance of plaid on the blog this season, but I just can’t help myself. Long Sleeved Dresses

I don’t know what it is, but I am obsessed with long sleeve dresses this Fall. Now don’t get me wrong, I love wearing all of my sleeveless dresses with cute jackets and cardis, but when the weather is still fairly mild, I love the idea of changing things up a bit and leaving the jacket at home. And while I was obviously drawn to this dress because of the sleeves, I also love it’s unique leopard print. It feels refreshing to me to add a piece to my closet that isn’t a basic leopard, but rather a fun play on my favorite type of print!

Plaid About You

One of my favorite things about Fall fashion? PLAID! And now that the temps are finally starting to cool off a little in the SLC, I am happy to start rocking all of my favorite button downs again. This shirt was a staple in my closet last Fall, and it’s already well on its way to being a staple piece again this season. Not only does it bode well with denim, but it also looks great dressed up with a pop of leopard!

Army Green

I’ve got a thing for army green-no matter the season. But every year when Fall arrives, it seems to be on with a vengeance in my wardrobe. Especially if I can wear it with a little leopard. And while I would normally gravitate towards styling this outfit with denim, I wanted to give one of my favorite summer skirts one final hurrah for the season. And even though the airy gauze and tulle material of this skirt with it’s delicate floral embroidery lends itself incredibly well to warmer weather, I am pleasantly surprised how a little army green and a pop of leopard make it feel perfectly acceptable for the fall season. And you should see it with a leather jacket!! Maybe I won’t be putting this one away just yet…

Sometimes there is nothing better than a LBD. Especially this time of year when paired back to a black leather jacket and a pop of leopard. There is just something so chic, yet so effortless about it. Talk about an easy way to look like you dressed up without even trying!
