No Parking

When I was a senior in high school, one of my favorite senior portraits was in front of a really cool “No Parking” sign painted on a falling down building. So when we were heading out to dinner in SF last weekend with friends and I saw this sign on the side of garage, I had to make J stop and snap some photos for the blog. And while I am wearing my usual go-to out outfit (leather jacket, a silky blouse, and my favorite skinnies), it’s my shoes that are noteworthy. As I’ve said many times before, I am a sucker for a great pair of statement shoes, and these certainly fit the bill. And not only is this particular pair gorgeous (you should see them in person!) AND under $70, but they are super comfy to boot!

It didn’t occur to me when I originally wore this outfit, but when I was posting these photos, I realized this would have been a perfect ensemble for St. Patrick’s day! Ha! I love that it’s perfectly acceptable to mix different prints together (thank you Jenna Lyons!). I mean really, a couple of years ago, I never would have thought to wear leopard and tribal prints together. In the same outfit. But for whatever reason, it works. And perhaps more importantly? Red and White

Well hello there, sweet friends! Apologies for being a little MIA on the blog this last week. If you follow me on Insta (and if you don’t you can find me here: alldolledupblog), then you know I am on vacation with my hubby in gorgeous San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. It is our 3rd time visiting this beautiful country and we are having a blast! I had some blogs scheduled to share with you this week, but our internet has been a little spotty, so today is the first day I am able to share one of my planned posts with you!

I picked up this fantastic tulle skirt from Windsor Store for the holidays, but have found countless ways to wear it sine then. And I know I will be able to get a ton of use out of it in the coming months as well. In my opinion, a girl can never have too many tulle skits-especially when you can snag this one for under $35!!!!!
