Funfetti Cake Dip

Thank goodness for Pinterest. Not only is it overflowing with fantastic fashion inspiration, but it’s also the best place to find countless decorating ideas and amazing recipes. So whenever I am hosting a party or going to an event, Pinterest is resource number one to fan my creative flame. And I know I’m not the only one who can’t stop pinning, am I? 😉

So with that said, I wanted to share one of my current favorite Pinterest finds with all of you-Funfetti Cake Dip. I mean really, what could be better than a party hit that takes less than 5 minutes to assemble, is only 105 calories/serving (which is a whole 1/4 of a cup!!) and is comprised of 3 simple ingredients??? Pretty sure not much…

 Here is what you’ll need:

1 box funfetti cake mix

2 cups vanilla greek yogurt (you can also use non-fat yogurt)

1 cup lite cool whip

Mix all three ingredients together in a large bowl (until all lumps are gone), cover and chill for 4 hours and then serve with animal crackers (cute for baby showers!), vanilla wafers, fruit, or anything else your heart desires.  You can even garnish with sprinkles if you are feeling extra festive.

So there you have it, easy as 1, 2, 3-a crowd pleaser that never disappoints and a sweet treat that doesn’t pack on the calories.

Perfection.
