If you are looking to step up your outerwear game this season, then I would highly recommend trying a furry or fuzzy coat. I initially picked up a blush pink version (which you can see here), and loved it so much, that I have been on the hunt for a more casual option the past few weeks. And I just so happened to luck out and find this cozy one (on sale!) that was exactly what I was looking for. Not only do I love the way it looks, but it is incredibly warm and pretty much feels like I am wearing a cloud. Faux Fur

When I was in the 3rd grade, my auntie gave me a gorgeous white fur coat for Christmas. And let me tell you, I was absolutely enamored with it. That is until I overheard she and my mom talking about it on the phone and the fact that it was made from “bunnies”. And after I heard that, I never wore the coat again. But even though I learned form a very young age that I was not a proponent of real fur, I did stumble upon a love for faux fur that has never wavered. And every year when the temperature drops, I look forward to pulling out all of my faux fur pieces, especially my faux fur vests!!

All About That Dress

I’ve probably said it quite a few times this season, but I’ll go ahead and say it again. I LOVE long sleeve dresses for Fall. Especially with paired with a fun pair of booties. And this particular dress in today’s post just might be my favorite. Ok, so this dress MIGHT look a little familiar. I have it in white, and also in a gorgeous purple color. And since the Free People price tag is a little steep to own this piece in too many colors, I was thrilled to stumble on this dupe from SheIn for a fraction of the price. In my opinion, the quality is almost as nice, the fit is pretty much identical, and at under $30, this is a purchase that is pretty much guilt free. Plus, how gorgeous is this rust color? So perfect for Fall!

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! We were so busy, I feel like I need another weekend to recover from my weekend! lol. Guess I’ll just have to make do with a little extra coffee this morning!

Date Night Casual

Sheinside

I’ve been eyeing the Sheinside website for quite a while now. So when they reached out and asked if I would be interested in trying out some of their clothes, I couldn’t help but oblige. And while there were SO many cute things to choose from on their site, I ultimately settled on a dress that is almost identical to my favorite Free People dress (which you can see here). At a mere price tag of $30 vs. the $148 original version, I wanted to compare the two and really get a feel for the quality of clothing on Sheinside. And you guys, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. While it is a little shorter than the my Free People dress, I overall like the fit better. The arms were also a little slimmer too, which I also prefer. And I have to say, I was also quite impressed with the quality-not only the was the fabric very nice, but the dress was also fully lined. After this experience, I will definitely be shopping with Sheinside again. In fact, you can see my current wish list at the bottom of the post!
