I love a good graphic tee. And since I missed out on the Kiss tee that JCrew launched this fall, I pounced on the Hello tee as soon as I saw it in store. And boy am I glad that I did. It’s already made a plethora of appearances in my daily wardrobe, including on NYE when I wore it with a sequin jacket, ripped jeans, and sparkly pumps. I mean what better way to say hello to the new year than on your t-shirt? And because a t-shirt and ripped jeans back to dressed up accessories is still going to be a go-to look for me in 2014, I can’t wait to come up with more ways to style this tee. But today’s look is probably my favorite to date-ultra laid back and causal with a splash of statement jewelry and a flash of silver accessories…

I don’t know about you all, but yesterday was painful. I was so not ready for vacation to be over and to be back at work. But the good news is, we are heading to Denver this weekend. So I am definitely looking forward to a road trip with my sweet family and a little time spent in the Mile High City!

I love, love, love the military trend. Most likely because I have an obsession with cute jackets. And what’s cuter than a bomber? Or a surplus jacket? They are the perfect topper to just about any outfit. And while I normally tend to gravitate towards shades of army green, I couldn’t help but fall in love with this navy number when I spotted it at Macy’s a couple of months back. It sure was a busy weekend for the Doll family here in the SLC. Two birthday celebrations, two barbeques, and one girl’s night out in Park City made for lots of good memories and laughs with friends. I have been on the hunt for a pair of metallic pumps for the last couple of months. But since my guess is this will be a fleeting trend (and I’m trying to save up for sandals!), I wanted to find an affordable option.
