It’s no secret that I’m a fan of a great surplus jacket. And you know what else I love? A good bomber jacket. I really find that this time of year, jackets are just my jam. Today’s outfit is a little out of my wheelhouse. But since I love a good chambray shirt (and have a few in my closet that are all fairly similar), I love that this one is totally different from anything else I own. The longer length in the front makes it feel a bit dressier than your typical chambray, but since it’s denim, it’s totally cool and casual for any occasion. A perfect of example of business in the front, party in the back! But I want to know, are you guys still into the chambray trend this season?

Cold Shoulder

It felt like spring here in the SLC this weekend, so I used it as an opportunity to take my pretty new sweater out for a spin. And I have to say, it really is the perfect transitional piece. Not only are the colors and the off-the-shoulder styling perfect for spring, but the fabric is super warm and cozy, which makes it appropriate to wear now. This is definitely a piece that will be getting a lot of use in my wardrobe as we transition from winter to spring.

Whether you know me through the blog, or know me in person, then you probably know that I love vests. I am also a big fan of stripes. So it should come as no surprise that today’s outfit is a typical go-to uniform for me. You know those outfits that just feel comfortable? This is one of those for me. An easy, breezy combo that still feels put together, all while being super comfortable. Perfect for a Monday.

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend! I don’t know about you guys, but I was so stoked to see Payton and the Broncos win the Super Bowl!!! Great way to end the weekend.
