Remember how I told you on Monday that you were going to be seeing a lot of the off-the-shoulder trend on the blog this season? Well, it looks like I wasn’t kidding. 🙂 But in addition to loving anything off-the-shoulder this summer, I am also loving anything white. And this top? I am pretty much obsessed with it. And not only is it reasonably priced, but it’s one of those pieces that can be worn time and time again. Definitely worth every penny, and then some!

I love a good tunic paired back to skinny jeans and a staple pair of pumps. It’s definitely a go-to look for me. And when I’m on the hunt for a new tunic, Free People is always a brand that I look to first. They have some of the best tops around, in my opinion. Particularly if you are looking for something flowy and comfortable for summer.

Oh how I love me some stripes! And this dress? Besides being striped, it is perfect on so many levels. Today’s outfit is a little out of my wheelhouse. But since I love a good chambray shirt (and have a few in my closet that are all fairly similar), I love that this one is totally different from anything else I own. The longer length in the front makes it feel a bit dressier than your typical chambray, but since it’s denim, it’s totally cool and casual for any occasion. A perfect of example of business in the front, party in the back! But I want to know, are you guys still into the chambray trend this season?

Black and Tan

Two of my favorite colors to mix together are black and tan. Wearing all black can tend to sku a little dressy, so adding in a great tan or cognac boot, or accessory, is a great way to make the ensemble a little more casual.

Summer Chambray

We have had a little break from the heat wave here in the SLC the past few days, which prompted me to break out my favorite lightweight summer chambray shirt. I am a fan of chambray no matter the season, but one of my favorite ways to wear it is back to a full skirt. And it was the perfect choice for the weather this week. Especially because it gave me an excuse to wear my favorite wedges. I seriously can’t get enough of these shoes! Summer Boho

I posted a photo on my Insta a couple of weeks ago wearing the top in today’s post, and I had so many questions about it, that I wanted to put it up on the blog. It is another score from SheIn, and is a dupe for the Free People version-but this one won’t break the bank at under $20. The quality is also great-just like the other pieces I have tried from SheIn. It’s little short on me to be worn as a dress (keep in mind I am only 5’3″), but you could easily wear something underneath to give it a little length. I styled mine with denim shorts and tied it in the back so that I could do a messy front tuck. I also love it paired it with booties to give it a perfect summer boho feel.

Well hi there, friends! I guess I took a little hiatus from the blog! I have been so busy with traveling for work, celebrating my birthday in wine country, and blogging over at SLMag, that I’ve fallen a little behind! But I’m back and hope you are all having a fantastic week!

Today I want to share with you the dress that I wore on my birthday to ride bikes with my sweet hubby through Sonoma for a little wine tasting and fun (if you follow me on Insta @alldolledupblog, then you already got a chance to see it!). I am very short (5’3″), so don’t typically tend to go for the flowy, boho look since a lot of the tops and dresses tend to swallow me up and not look so flattering. But I have been seeing this dress everywhere lately, and really wanted to try it on. And surprisingly, I loved it. In fact, it turned out to be the perfect thing to wear for riding a bike, while still looking somewhat put together at the vineyards!

Also, you will have to forgive the quality of these photos. The fog and wind both rolled in so fast, that this was all we were able to snap before the lighting and weather made it too impossible to shoot. I have some more fun photos that I will be sharing later this week with a complete round up of our amazing trip! So stay tuned!!!!
