I originally purchased this Free People dress last summer in pink and wore it for my birthday celebration in Sonoma. And I loved it so much and got so much wear out of it, that when they brought it back this season, I bought it in this pretty minty/sage color. And this summer, it is once again one of my favorite things in my closet. It’s also on sale right now, and comes in several other colors. So if you have been thinking about getting this dress, I would highly recommend it! You’ll get so much wear out of it, I promise it will be worth every penny! PLUS it has pockets this year too!

Although be warned. It seems to be running a little shorter this year than last year, so I would recommend sizing up for length.

Another LWD

Another day, another Little White Dress. Seriously y’all, I am all about white these days (if you hadn’t noticed!). And this LWD is a favorite in my closet. The material so soft and flowy, and it has the cutest, flirtiest silhouette. Plus, it’s on major sale right now (less than $60!) and comes in a couple of other colors too that are even further reduced. I would definitely recommend snatching this one up before it sells out! Ok, so this dress MIGHT look a little familiar. I have it in white, and also in a gorgeous purple color. And since the Free People price tag is a little steep to own this piece in too many colors, I was thrilled to stumble on this dupe from SheIn for a fraction of the price. In my opinion, the quality is almost as nice, the fit is pretty much identical, and at under $30, this is a purchase that is pretty much guilt free. Plus, how gorgeous is this rust color? So perfect for Fall!

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! We were so busy, I feel like I need another weekend to recover from my weekend! lol. Guess I’ll just have to make do with a little extra coffee this morning!

Sheinside

I’ve been eyeing the Sheinside website for quite a while now. So when they reached out and asked if I would be interested in trying out some of their clothes, I couldn’t help but oblige. And while there were SO many cute things to choose from on their site, I ultimately settled on a dress that is almost identical to my favorite Free People dress (which you can see here). At a mere price tag of $30 vs. the $148 original version, I wanted to compare the two and really get a feel for the quality of clothing on Sheinside. And you guys, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. While it is a little shorter than the my Free People dress, I overall like the fit better. The arms were also a little slimmer too, which I also prefer. And I have to say, I was also quite impressed with the quality-not only the was the fabric very nice, but the dress was also fully lined. After this experience, I will definitely be shopping with Sheinside again. In fact, you can see my current wish list at the bottom of the post!
