While I hate to see summer go, I do love me some Fall fashion! And even though it’s still pretty hot here in Salt Lake, I am already starting to gravitate towards Fall color combinations, like today’s rust, leopard, and black look. Today’s outfit is a little out of my wheelhouse. But since I love a good chambray shirt (and have a few in my closet that are all fairly similar), I love that this one is totally different from anything else I own. The longer length in the front makes it feel a bit dressier than your typical chambray, but since it’s denim, it’s totally cool and casual for any occasion. A perfect of example of business in the front, party in the back! But I want to know, are you guys still into the chambray trend this season?

Happy Monday, friends! Hope you all had a great weekend! Ours was filled with home renovation projects, friends, and lots and lots of sunshine and biking. BUT despite the fantastic weather, there was definitely still a chill in the air. And this time of year, when temps are still in that in-between phase, I find that a denim jacket is the perfect weight to layer on over your outfit to keep you warm and stylish. And I am loving this pale blue, white washed version from Nordstrom. It’s a nice change-up from tried and true blue and gives me different options for styling than my go-to JCrew denim jacket. Plus, something about the pale color just feels extra fresh for Spring…
