I find it to be kind of amusing when people use the term “Sorry I’m not sorry”. And I have to say, that is exactly how I feel every time I slip on these neon heels. I mean, let’s be honest, I am pretty much obsessed with them. They are so super comfy, go with just about everything, and bring such a fun element to any outfit. And even though they are from last summer, I still can’t seem to get enough. Happy Thursday, everyone! I am on the road again this week for work, and enjoying the opportunity to spend some time in my home state of Montana. But truth be told, I am ready to be home and sleep in my own bed.

But in the meantime, today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite combinations-camo and hot pink. And while I wouldn’t initially have thought to put this outfit together, I happened to try on this sweater while I was wearing these pants running errands a couple of weekends ago and loved the way they looked together. And once I added pink accessories, I was sold! A perfect and fun go-to outfit for the transitional season between winter and spring!

Shades Of Gray

It’s been so gray the past couple of days, the weather must have seeped into my subconscious and impacted my wardrobe-a gray ensemble for an equally gray day. But of course, I couldn’t let the dreariness completely overtake my outfit, and decided to brighten things up a little by adding a pair of yellow pumps. Yellow and gray, after all, is one of my favorite color combinations. Ever.

Also, while I don’t normally get too personal on the blog, I felt it pressing on my heart to share this story with all of you. Sarah grew up down the street from me and at 32 years old is battling a rare and aggressive form of cancer. And not only does she have a difficult fight ahead of her, but she has two young children and a husband to think about. Please keep she and her family in your prayers, and if you feel so inclined to donate, there are links in the article (it’s super easy). And feel free to share her story and spread the word if you feel so inclined.

Reading Sarah’s story reminds of how important it is to be thankful for my health. It is something so easy to take for granted, but yet it is so incredibly precious. A good and humbling reminder…

So, I almost didn’t have any blog photos to share with you guys this week. For once, I was actually ahead of the game and shot some pics over the weekend, but when I went to import them into Lightroom, I received a dreaded error that my SD card was corrupted.
